What we collect

To fulfil an order: your reference photo, order/product details from Etsy, and a contact method for delivery. To join our mailing list: your email address, and your marketing consent choice, timestamp and source, kept separately from order fulfilment.

Reference photos

Used only to create your artwork. Handled privately and not shared publicly without your permission.

Marketing preferences

Marketing emails are opt-in only — declining or not ticking the marketing box never affects an order in progress. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand which pages and products are useful (page views, outbound clicks, gallery interactions). We do not send your name, email, secure order link, Etsy order ID, or photos to analytics.
